Maryland – Annual Report Extension System

The State Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT) posted a news release that the 2021 Annual Report Extension System can be accessed to extend the filing deadline from April 15 to June 15.

SDAT also reminded businesses to check good standing to avoid forfeiture on December 15.  Starting in 2021 all forfeited entities will be required file past due annual reports to regain good standing status.
