According to the Stock Corporation Commission Clerk’s Office, a systems issue that delayed the mailing of November revocation notices was resolved Tuesday, December 8. A request for waiver of the penalty fee will be considered for January entities affected by this issue. October corporations have until February 28 and October LLCs have until January 31 to file and pay to avoid termination/cancellation.
