Arizona – Allows a Written Ballot to be Delivered to Members of a Nonprofit Corporation by Electronic Means

House Bill 2592 (Chapter 204) signed by the governor May 11 and effective August 6 allows a written ballot to be delivered to members of a nonprofit corporation by electronic means.
