The Corporation Commission posted a summary of previously enacted legislation which took effect August 9. The Commission no longer sends a copy of a filed document with notice of approval and the document must be retrieved from the Commission website. The legislation also authorized electronic transmission of notice of pending administrative dissolution, although the Commission will not implement this change until a new computer system is operational and will request entities to consent to electronic notices.
