Arizona – Known Place of Business Required for Certain Entity Types

The Corporations Commission posted an annual reports notice that corporation annual reports must contain an Arizona known place of business address in Section 1 and for foreign corporations a non-Arizona business address (or registered agent address in the corporation’s domestic jurisdiction) in section 3.
