Arkansas has updated its e-filing interface to comply with the recent Amendments to Article 9. You can now e-file UCC-1s and UCC-3 debtor name amendments on entity names. Arkansas no longer requires filers to enter the Organization ID, Entity Type and State of Formation when filing against debtors that are entities.
We will provide updates in UCCXpress 2.0 as other states make the changes required for full compliance with the Article 9 amendments.
