Arkansas – Secretary of State reminds business owners that franchise taxes can still be paid

Secretary of State Mark Martin reminded businesses on May 7 that the franchise tax deadline was May 1.  However, paying the tax by the end of 2013 will avert revocation of a business’ charter.  View the Secretary of State’s notice here.
