Senate Bill 798 (Act 1079) signed April 11 and effective 91 days after adjournment (projected to be May 17) amended the deadline from January 1 to January 31 for the Secretary of State to proclaim forfeiture of charters and certificates of authority for corporations that are delinquent in payment of franchise tax.
