Updated business statutes, new case notes in 2019 New Jersey deskbook

New Jersey business attorneys need to stay on top of new case law and legislative changes in the state to advise clients and complete transactions. The 2019 edition of CSC’s New Jersey Laws Governing Business Entities, Annotated provides a comprehensive collection of updated statutes and case notes to ensure that practitioners are working with the most up-to-date information.

The 2019 edition features the latest statutory changes through the 2019 New Jersey legislative session, as well as over 25 new case notes from state and federal courts interpreting the law. Changes to the law can be quickly identified in the book’s Table of Sections Affected, while new cases are listed in the Table of New Annotations.

The book includes updated New Jersey Fee Tables for business entity filings and a companion CD-ROM with more than 70 New Jersey forms for incorporation/formation, qualification, mergers, dissolution, and name reservation for all entity types. A listing of forms and contact information for New Jersey’s Division of Revenue, Business Services, can be found in the book’s appendix. New this year: Forms are also now available online.

New Jersey Laws Governing Business Entities is available as a softbound book or as an ebook, compatible with dedicated e-reader devices, computers, tablets and smartphones that use e-reader software or applications. It is also available on the LexisNexis Digital Library.
