The Corporation Commission’s news release on a December 12 open meeting noted approval of a proposal from the Corporations Division to implement same day/next day filing service. The Corporations Division has not yet provided an effective date which is expected within 30 to 90 days. Two-hour service will be offered for $400, same day service will be offered for $200 and next day service will be offered for $100.
