Colorado – Bill Creates Electronic Recording Technology Board

Senate Bill 115 signed by the governor June 10 and effective August 10 creates an electronic recording technology board in the Department of State. The board is authorized to issue revenue bonds as an enterprise and impose a surcharge of up to $2.00 on all documents that a clerk and recorder receives for recording or filing.
