Michigan – The Secretary of State Will Take Their UCC System Offline Around Midafternoon Thursday, August 18, 2016 As They Implement Upgrades

The Michigan Secretary of State will take their UCC system offline around midafternoon Thursday, August 18, 2016 as they implement upgrades. During this downtime, expected to last through opening of business on Monday August 22, all Michigan Secretary of State UCC services will be affected.  No UCC filings will be processed during this downtime.  UCC documents submitted to the Secretary of State on Thursday, August 18 and Friday, August 19 will receive a file date of the day they are received.
