Montana – The Secretary of State Will be Launching a new Corporate System on August 22, 2016. All Business Filings Received by Mail on August 18 and 19, 2016 will be Receipted on the Date Received but will not be Processed Until August 22, 2016 Through the New SIMS (BE) System.

Montana will be launching a new corporate system August 22, 2016.  Filings submitted Thursday, August 18 and Friday, August 19 will be delivered to the state but will not be reviewed for compliance.  Documents will be date stamped when received and will be processed when the system is launched.  Priority or expedited filings received August 16 through August 19 will not be processed until August 22.  More information is available at http://sos.mt.gov/.
