House Bill 3 (Session Law 2015-9) signed by the governor June 25 and effective September 26 reduces business entity formation or registration fees from $125.00 to $99.00 and name reservation and trade name filing fees from $50.00 to$39.00 and also deletes the requirement for a date of incorporation on a foreign corporation’s certificate necessary for a license to do business in Ohio.
