The Secretary of State’s office is upgrading to a new UCC Filing system effective Monday. November 16. The filing office will shut down the old system this afternoon to begin the transition. Until the new system is up and running, the filing office will not be able to accept UCC records. Therefore, UCC records must be received by the filing office before 4:00pm CST on November 12 to receive today’s file date. Any UCC records received after 4:00pm CST will not be filed until Monday, November 16.
