West Virginia – Any Business Affected by the June 23rd Flooding Will Not Have to Pay a Late Fee if Unable to File its 2016 Annual Report

The Secretary of State announced Thursday July 14 that any business affected by the June 23 flooding in the 12 West Virginia counties covered by the FEMA federal disaster declaration will not have to pay a late fee if the business has been unable to file its 2016 annual report.  Affected businesses should call the Secretary of State’s Office at 304-558-8000, use on the online chat feature or email business@wvsos.com.
