Assembly Bill 2106 (Chapter 517) signed by the governor September 23 and effective January 1 amends the Seller of Travel Law to provide the existing exemption is limited to a natural person who is an individual, a single member LLC whose sole member is an individual, or a single shareholder S corporation meeting specified conditions.
