The Colorado Public Utilities Commission posted a notice for motor carriers regarding modified rules effective May 15. Modifications include but are not limited to rules affecting: vehicle registry; hours-of-service; age of vehicles; vehicle inspection criteria; vehicle inspection forms; driver medical certifications; and fingerprinting.
