Colorado – Allows for Statement of Correction Filing if a Previous Filing Was Delivered for Filing in Error

House Bill 1330 (Chapter 240) signed by the governor June 6 and effective August 10 allows a statement of correction to be filed if a document previously filed was delivered to the Secretary of State for filing in error.
