Colorado – Bill Creates New Forms of Warranty Deeds

House Bill 1098 signed by the governor and effective March 7 relates to new forms of warranty deeds for the conveyance of real property prepared by a licensed title insurance entity may prepare deeds for the conveyance of real property in accordance with statutory forms.
