The Secretary of State’s office confirmed that a batch of annual report electronic notifications were sent with the entity name and Business ID # left blank, and in some cases, the notifications may have been sent out in the wrong month. The filing office said questions on annual report notifications can be addressed to the Research and Response Unit with telephone number 860-509-6002 and staff can look up an entity and confirm when the report is due and provide the Business ID#.
