Connecticut -Business Services Commercial Recording Division Requires Email Address on Business Entity Filing Forms

A business entity email address is now required on business entity filing forms filed with the Connecticut Secretary of State Business Services Commercial Recording Division.  The email address is used by the Secretary of State to notify entities via email when annual reports are due.  The state updated its business entity filing forms with a field for Entity Email Address.  State forms can be accessed on CSC’s website at www.cscglobal.com, or on the Business Services Commercial Recording Division website.
