Connecticut – SB 1006, effective October 1, requires state agencies to cite the resource for their actions

Senate Bill 1006 (Public Act No. 2013-279) signed by the governor July 11 and effective October 1 requires a state agency to upon request notify an individual or business of the statute, regulation, permit or order by which the agency has acted.  The bill text can be accessed at
