Nevada’s Legislative Counsel recently completed its review of more than 35 statutory changes to business laws enacted by the General Assembly during its 79th legislative session.
Those changes are captured in the 2018 Edition of Nevada Laws Governing Business Entities Annotated releasing this month from CSC®Publishing, in collaboration with LexisNexis.
