A posting on the Delaware Corporate & Legal Services Blog hosted by the state of Delaware describes 2014 as a record year for 169,000 entity formations, exceeding the previous record of 162,000 in 2007. In October 2014 alone, 15,474 entities were formed for the best overall month in Delaware’s history.
