Delaware – Bill Amends Title 30 of the Delaware Code

House Bill 66 (Chapter 19) signed by the governor and effective May 18 amended Title 30 of the Delaware Code relating to tax administration and the statute of limitations for a substantial underpayment of certain taxes.
