The Department of State Division of Corporations announced changes in hours of availability for services on Thursday, June 12 and Friday, June 13 due to an off-site employee recognition event. All times listed below are Eastern Time.
On June 12, the shift that normally works from 4:00 pm to midnight will work from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Filing systems will be available until midnight for securing filing dates and times.
On June 13, staff will work from 8:00 am to 11:30 am, and there will not be an evening shift. There will be no “Same Day” service or “Must Approvals” available. All 30 Minute and one-hour service must be received by 10:00 am, two-hour service must be received by 9:00 am and all 24 hour service must be received by 12 noon. The filing systems will be available until 10:30 pm for securing filing dates and times.
