On Friday, June 21 an Employee Recognition Event is planned for all the employees of the Division of Corporations.
The following changes will be in effect:
Friday, June 21, 2013 – Staff will work from 8 A.M. to 11:30 A.M.
• There will be no Priority 3 “Same Day” service or Priority 5 “Must Approvals”.
• All 30 Minute and Priority 1 (one-hour service) must be received by 10 A.M., Priority 2 (two-hour service) must be received by 9:00 A.M. and all Priority 4 (24 hour service) must be received by 12 noon.
• DCIS, the Imaging System and Fax Gateway will be available until 10:30 P.M. for securing filing dates and times.
Musts can be filed on Friday but they are NOT guaranteed; the only way to guarantee any evidence back is to submit on 30 minute, 1 or 2 hour basis by the cutoff times above. CSC can assist you during this time. Contact a CSC representative @ 877-463-5769.
