Delaware – Foreign Corporation Annual Reports Due By June 30

Foreign corporations qualified in Delaware are required to file a paper annual report and pay an annual filing fee of $125.00 prior to June 30 to State of Delaware, Division of Corporations, P.O. Box 5509, Binghamton, NY 13902-5509. Late filing penalties and interest apply if payments are not received in the lockbox prior to June 30. Online filing and payment are not available for foreign corporation annual reports.
