The Delaware Secretary of State posted a consumer alert about a deceptive solicitation mailed to Delaware corporations offering to prepare annual corporate minutes for a fee of $125.00. Delaware corporations are not required to file annual minutes with the Secretary of State’s office. Delaware corporations must file online an annual franchise tax report by March 1.
