The Delaware Secretary of State Division of Corporations will have an adjusted schedule on December 20. Filings will not be processed between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm EST. All thirty minute, one and two hour filings must be submitted by 10am to be processed before 11:00 am. The Division of Corporation’s late shift will work 11:00 am to 7:00pm. Thirty minute and one hour filings must be received in the State’s office by 5:00 pm, two hour filings must be received by 4:00 pm. Filings may be submitted until 10:30 pm as normal. All other cutoff times remain unchanged.
