Turnaround times at the Delaware Division of Corporations will be impacted on Friday, March 27, by an Employee Recognition Luncheon. The 4-to-12 shift will be working Noon to 8 P.M. and the following changes will be in effect: All Priority 1 (one-hour service) must be received by 6 P.M. and Priority 2 (two-hour service) must be received by 5 P.M. All other cut-off times will remain unchanged and we will be able to secure filing dates until 10:30 pm.
