Bill 825 passed during the 2011 session (Act 642) signed by the mayor January 25 and effective after 30-day Congressional review period and publication in the DC Register will amend Chapter 28 of Title 47 of the DC code to extend Basic Business License renewal periods from two (2) to four (4) years.
