eRecording Updates for CSC August 7, 2023

Any document submitter with a computer, internet connection and scanner/printer can now eRecord in the referenced jurisdictions. Existing CSC customers can access available document types and required fields using:

Phillips County, CO, Public Trustee is now configured to review releases submitted for electronic recording through CSC.

  • Please note, there is no lookup available in Phillips County, so the submitter will need to attach the original Deed of Trust with all Release filings.
