The Florida Attorney General posted a news release that her office obtained a temporary injunction and asset freeze against Florida Center of Corporations for unfair and deceptive practices. According to the AG’s lawsuit, more than 12,000 Florida corporations paid unnecessary fees in response to the deceptive solicitations.
