According to the Secretary of State Corporations Division, nearly two thousand (2,000) business entities may display incorrect information on the state’s searchable database due to an issue with the state’s computer systems. Corporation Service Company (CSC) does not independently verify the accuracy of state data.
Customers who wish to confirm the status of entities should contact the CSC Customer Service team at 800-927-9801 extension 66899 to order a certificate of existence. CSC plans to update data in CSC Global records which may result in incorrect status displayed to customers in Corporate Tracker (Entity Management) or through Corporate Tracker alerts.
