The Office of the Secretary of State will implement a new corporations processing system in July. Online services will be shut down Thursday June 25 and Friday June 26 and will come back up Saturday June 27 after 4:00 pm. Any urgent filings can be walked into the filing office before the close of business Thursday June 25. No processing will occur on Friday June 26. A new username and password will be required in the new system and old credentials will not work in the new system. Any documents in a user’s approved services tab or pending tab should be printed or submitted by the close of business Wednesday June 24 because users will not be able to log into the old system Thursday and Friday.
