House Bill 821 (Act 452) signed by the governor April 26 and effective July 1 requires professional licensing boards and other boards to adopt rules and regulations implementing a process by which military spouses and transitioning service members may qualify for temporary licenses, licenses by endorsement, or expedited licenses.
