The Georgia Secretary of State Corporation Division took down their website and all internal systems on Thursday, January 3 at 6:00 pm est. The state switched website / system providers and has an entirely new system.
The new system was expected to go live on Tuesday, January 8; however, at this time portions of their system are still down. They are now starting to process filings and document retrieval submitted during the outage; however, expect significant delays. Document retrieval and request for entity status searches are still unavailable. Your business doesn’t stop just because of a delay with a state. CSC can assist you.
