House Bill 361 (Chapter 25) signed by the governor March 1 and effective October 31, repealed the filing fee for a partnership statement of termination and clarified a surcharge of $20.00 is due for any form not generated by the Secretary of State’s electronic filing system and that requires manual data entry.
