According to the Secretary of State, the current UCC/Lien Filing Production Go Live Date is Monday, February 25 for the new electronic lien submission system. The current plan is to allow submissions until Thursday, February 21 at 5:00 pm Mountain Time on the legacy system to be retired. Any submissions after that date will be held in queue for processing until Tuesday, February 26 at 8:00 am Mountain Time. The hold includes manual filings. CSC will update customers when new information is made available by the Idaho Secretary of State.
