Illinois – Amendment to Business Entity Statute Effective January 1, 2017

Senate Bill 2303 (Public Ac No. 620) signed by the governor July 22 and effective January 1 amends business entity statutes to provide for the Department of Business Services to transfer surplus funds to the General Revenue Fund.
