Senate Bill 867 signed by the governor and effective December 20 reduced LLC filing fees. Among the changes, the articles of organization was reduced from $500.00 to $150.00 for regular LLCs and from $750.00 to $400 for series LLCs and annual report filing fees were reduced from $250.00 to $75.00.
