The Secretary of State posted the attached announcement, Indiana Reinstatement Outreach, that until July 31, 2018 business entities administratively dissolved or revoked may submit applications for reinstatement, notwithstanding current law effective March 13, 2018 which limits reinstatement to a 5 year period following administrative dissolution or revocation.
