We’re pleased to welcome Alex Brainis back to the Intertrust team, leading growth in the Canadian market from our Toronto office, launching 1 February, 2019.
Alex joins us from Trident Fund Services where he served as a Senior Executive Director, responsible for global business development, legal, and compliance support functions in offices across the Americas. Previously, Alex was a partner at Appleby Cayman, where he focused extensively on business development in investment funds, including hedge funds, PE, RE, and infrastructure.
Alex brings 20 years’ experience in business development, funds services, compliance and AML expertise; his previous roles as Senior Vice President and Executive Director with Intertrust provide Alex first-hand knowledge and insight into our company and values. He is a welcome addition to our Americas team, helping scale our business and support in Canada, and across the regional client base.
