House Bill 2373 signed by the governor April 21 amends the LLC act to require a foreign LLC application for certificate of authority to include its date of formation and period of duration and list the name and address of at least one member if member-managed and at least one manager if manager-managed. The bill also amends the LP act to change the words “designated office” to “registered office”.
