Virginia – Legislation Amends LLC Annual Registration Fees
House Bill 309 (Chapter 290) signed by the governor April 8 and effective July 1, 2022 amended Section 13.1-1062 of the LLC Act to authorize the State Corporation Commission to establish a process for online payment of LLC annual registration fees and enable a LLC to prepay registration fees for two or three years.
