Delaware – Revisions to Statutory Trust Act and Notary Statute
Effective August 1, 2023 a revision to the Statutory Trust Act which passed the General Assembly in 2022 enables a successor trustee to change the trustee’s name and address for all of the statutory trusts for which the successor has succeeded. Fees are $500.00 plus $100.00 per affected statutory trust.
