Colorado – Process Established for Individuals Whose Business or Personal Identity Information Has Been Used Fraudulently
Senate Bill 34 signed by the governor June 2 and effective February 1, 2023 creates a complaint and remediation process for a person whose business identity or personal identifying information has been used fraudulently in business filings.
