Pennsylvania – Expect Delays as PENNFile System Down October 17 – October 23
The Department of State Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations online filing system PENNFile will undergo system maintenance and be unavailable from Monday, October 17 at Noon EST through Sunday, October 23 in preparation of a new website launch. During this time, all expedited services will be suspended and will not resume until Monday, October 31. All paper filings submitted the week of October 17 will secure file dates. Routine processing will begin the week of October 24 and expedites the week of October 31st. This outage will impact all online services – corporate filing, UCC services and document retrieval. Corporate Searches and UCC Searches will be available the week of October 17- 21, even though the online filing system will be down. Expect delays during this system transition.
